Improved Telephone System

It with great pleasure that we inform you that we are transferring to a new and improved telephone system. We hope that this will allow us to deliver a more connective and responsive service for our patients.

With this in mind we wanted to let you know that on Wednesday 16th December we will be transferring to the new system. This will mean that for a period of time (maximum one hour) we will be without telephone connectivity. We have put the following in place to inform and to mitigate the effect on patients .

  • We will time the changeover at a non-peak time
  • We will put a message on the practice website
  • We will have notices on the entrance doors
