Opening Times

Monday to Friday 8.00am - 6.30pm.

Clinic Times

8.30 - 11.30am

9.00am - 12.00 noon

4.00 - 6.00pm

Late evenings Monday 6.30 to 8.15pm pre-booked appointments.

Appointments can be pre-booked in advance and on the day. Children under 16 should usually be accompanied by an adult.

A lot of illnesses or symptoms, such as coughs, colds, sore throats, upset stomachs and aches and pains can be treated in your home by using a well-stocked medicine cabinet and getting plenty of rest

Stock your medicine cabinet with:

  • Paracetamol
  • Anti-diarrhoea Medicine
  • Thermometer
  • Aspirin
  • Calpol
  • Ibuprofe
  • Cough Medicine

NHS 111 is a free 24/7 telephone call service which will help you when you need to access medical and dental help fast but it’s not an emergency

Accident and Emergency departments and the 999 ambulance service are ONLY to be used in a serious or life-threatening situation

North Croydon Enhanced Access

This service is for patients that cannot get an appointment at the practice due to no availability. The alternate choice for out of hours services is the Brigstock Family Practice. Patients will have to contact Mersham Medical Centre to book these appointments.
