Booking Appointments

The practice offers routine pre-bookable appointments, urgent (on the day) appointments, telephone consultations, and online access to our clinicians. Our clinicians include GPs, Pharmacists, Nurse, Health Care Assistant, First Contact Physiotherapists, and Social Prescriber.

Routine pre-bookable appointments can be booked up to 14 days in advance. These can be booked via reception or online using myGP app or NHS app.

We operate a book-on-the-day appointment system for booking urgent appointments with a clinician. The patient should ring the practice at 8am if they wish to be seen as an emergency on the day. This appointment can be a face to face appointment, a telephone consultation or a video consultation, depending on the clinical need.

The telephone lines are understandably busy at this time and we aim to answer calls as fast as we possibly can. If there is a genuine reason why telephone calls cannot be made by a patient at that time, we will allow advance booking for that patient. This system greatly reduces the number of appointments wasted when patients do not attend and therefore gives the practice many more appointments for patients who need to be seen.

The telephone number for booking appointments is 020 8653 1869 Option 1. We always do our best to accommodate patient wishes and if a patient needs to be seen urgently, we will always see them on that day or offer them access to an alternative NHS service (Community Pharmacist, PCN Hub, NHS 111, Accident and Emergency).

Clinics run Monday to Friday from 8.00am until 6.00pm.

Telephone consultations are also available every day for patients who need to discuss issues that do not warrant a face to face appointment. These can be booked via reception. We also offer online consultation. These can be accessed via our Ask a Doctor a Question Online form.

Routine appointments are available to book with Nurses.

If necessary, an Advocate and/or Translator can be booked in advance.

The length of routine booked appointments with the doctors in the practice is 10 minutes. If more than one member of your family wishes to be seen, please make a separate appointment for each of them.

Children under 16 should usually be accompanied by an adult.

The practice provides support and encourages patients to achieve healthier lifestyles. Patients can book an appointment with the Practice Nurse for the relevant information and advice. An extensive range of patient information leaflets can be accessed on The Patient UK website.

Urgent Appointments

Urgent appointments can be booked by calling on the day. We recommend calling at 8am to avoid disappointment.
